ALFA ROMEO 156 VELOCE SPORTWAGON JTD 16V 1.9L Diesel Silver 2004 in Richmond, North Yorkshire for sale
My lovely Sportwagon is up for sale. Time to move on to a 7-seater for the family. Current MOT & Reg due in December. Features: The usual Veloce specs: sports suspension, air-con, dual climate control, standard CD stereo, Car specific: Cream leather seats & interior panels, cruise control, choice of standard or full featured (retractable nets) load cover, boot load cover nets and stretchy net pocket. Extras: High quality custom built Stainless steel De-cat exhaust pipe section and turbo pipes (Still have original catalyst exhaust section), aftermarket 17" alloy wheels. Recent part replacements: New rear disc rotors and pads Recent cambelt and water pump replacement (5k miles ago) Turbo recondition (5-7k miles ago) due to blockage in filter of oil return pipe (no more filter as per turbo specialist recommendation) Recent replacement of suspension parts (5k miles ago): genuine Alfa anti-roll bar, drop-inks, upper wishbone (now due for new bushes for some reason - either I can fix this this or negotiate price) Recent radiator replacement It's been well maintained and, as my Alfa mechanic says, it feels very tight for it's age compared to most others. This is due to it's largely motorway mile history. Fuel economy is excellent with these cars and I expect the de-cat setup improves this. Performance is improved as well and although it has not had a re-map, I am sure it would benefit well from one. I have only added 10k miles in 4 years. This summer we drove the round trip to Switzerland and Italy near her birth place of Milan with out any problems. It is due for the 96k service stamp in the book (all stamps present to date). During my ownership there have been intermediate filter/fluid changes (excluding hydraulics). I have all receipts from my 4 year ownership and some from the previous owner.
